Feelings are such a funny thing,
Sometimes you just can't work out just what is going on inside.

Feelings are hard to understand
Sometimes with feelings you feel bright and full of sunlight but sometimes you feel black with the feelings & emotions you have.

When you have hidden your feelings in the past it is difficult to let your feeling's just come out it just seems to carry on and last.

You try hard to let your feelings come out so that you can have things just right feelings are full of mixed emotions going on inside us.
It churns us up inside ourselves  but there is nothing for it but to try and work them out for ourselves with support and help from our friends who stick with you through thick and thin all the way through right to the end real true friends they just do not desert you!
