Secrets & Lies when you are a child, they just screw you up and drive you totally wild. The lies & secrets you are told while you are
being abused you are threatened and told if you know what is good
for you you cannot reveal, even though all that you are going through is so so real.

When you suffer abuse no matter what the form the lies and the secrets they continually leave you just so torn. Whether a child or an
adult the lies & secrets leave you too scared because the abuser has
control and you just feel you just can't dare to reveal it all.

As a child is bad enough but when you suffer as an adult it totally does screw you up. The times that you make excuses about what
happened to you because you just don't dare to reveal what is the truth, but continue to be abused
and used through and through.

Why? do you stay with the person who is abusing you well just sometimes you just don't have a choice do you? But there comes a time when you have to find someone who first of all you can trust and you can talk with but there is such a stigma attached when you talk about abuse you just don't want to be thought of badly do you?

But let it out you have to do because if you don't it will continue to cut you. The abuse's in my life was throughly bad no wonder I was always feeling so sad and went totally wild for awhile and some of the things I have had to go through with no choice but to submit I feel I should not have had to, but too scared was I and played right in to the abuser's hands....

IS BEING ABUSED BECAUSE
WITHOUT YOUR HELP THEY
WILL JUST CARRY ON BEING
ABUSED AND USED,THEY WILL ALWAYS LOSE!!!
