Physical Therapists are infected puss.
That's what I've been doing since last Thanksgiving; dealing with egotistical infected puss with big egos who have screwed
up my knee.
Has my life improved since getting 7 pins & a new femur? No, it's worse...I'm still trying to get to an accessible
home that fits my body. I'm so sickeople who've never been hit by a truck saying, "you should feel this way"...infected
virus is what they are.
To me it makes sense to ask the person rehabing (customer) what they want in their life or to at least accept that as
valid when they tell you. Geeez, what I've had to go through in attemps to get decent health care, which has resulted in
a list of leg lift type exercises (which I already had)...thanks for the bad memories & bringing back the bad memories...I
guess Medical Professionals get paid by the Watt use otheir egos
oh and thanks for making my knee worse and keeping me in a unfavorable climate while you saved my soul...that's not what
my insurance company paid you for...Bye & Stay Away!

The Toltec teachings of Miguel Ruiz
My answer to being saved by out-of-whack Christian chairity?
I let my inner Christ walk me through Resurrection.
I've mixed the Toltec "four agreements" with Christ as archetype + Buddhist and Tao te Ching teachings and am
letting my heart muscle lead me back to my Kingdom; Heaven on Earth.
Tao te Ching (excerpt of 13th passage)
When we don't see the self as self,
what do we have to fear?
See the world as your self.
Have faith in the way things are.
Love the world as your self;
then you can care for all things.

The 4 Agreements:
1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others.
Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Dont Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When
you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you wont be the victim of needless suffering.
3. Dont Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to
avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under
any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.
