lucky pennies (poem title)

what Super Heroes do (poem title)
if it is a Super Hero you want to be
of course it is possible
the Super Power connecting all Super Heroes is the ability to see depth external with internal eyes;
it sounds complicated
it means
for example
being able
to look
ar a painting
and seeing the brush strokes
the images
and allowing your mind to ask questions
who painted this painting and why is and how are the painting important;
and then a true Super Hero can understand condign is a very tiny part of a much larger picture
three days a week
at least
practice being a Super Hero
do you understand how you feel ? (poem title)
when thoughts are like clouds and emotions are like dew ; formative is kinetic knowledge
because wisdom really is a touch of a hand wind on your face comfortable shoes temperature the rustling of hair a hug
time with my Grandparents (poem title)
a few hours
a few days
a few weeks
formative time
my Grandparents set aside
to spend time with me
little did I understand then
how important every moment
with family is
the Einstein look (poem title)
frizzy is a sign of genius maybe?
messy with can't brush my hair now as I am busy watching the flowers and trees grow in their formative years as Einstein
didn't get good grades in school or walk on fashion catwalks as his miracles address tiny miracles

I would give the moonlight back to the moonlight
I would give the ocean back to the ocean

compulsory sterilization (poem title)

I already knew
how babies are born
formative in my development

cold water on a hot day (poem title)
in my formative years,
there was so much fresh
clean water
I used to joke about selling water in bottles
because it seemed foolish
working discrimination (poem title)
needing money and working don't always depend on each other
when people work discrimination is decreased
in my formative years
I sold hand made bagels and cream cheese sort of like a lemonade stand
now as an adult,
I understand the slang terms to eat is to laugh about hurting a person while eating something representing them
I say gang members can stop eating until they can join the rest of the human race who eat to survive or share a meal with
friends and cook with love eat because it feels good now as an adult the nearest thing I do to paid work is write or type
poems and since I would never inflict my cooking on anyone else b cause it usually tastes pretty bad, I know freelance cooking
doesn't mean cook whatever is in front of you then again a poem without standard punctuation or user friendly sentence structure
might be the way a poem is supposed to be and so good and bad poetry judgements aren't really relevant
now the thing about poetry is it is a little bit like music because when an individual hears or reads a poem especially
when the Author of the poem is the type of person the reader would never talk to then a social barrier is broken and discrimination
is lessened.
so working is more than feeding a family or keeping a roof over your head working is a way of conversing and people have
insights particular
because people work the way they cook and the way they eat:
I didn't realize you could lift heavy boxes or would you like help lifting those boxes because they look very heavy?
it only takes a few moments to read a poem
and every time a poem is read
life is changed forever so thanks for reading
peace is never a dirty word (poem title)

sugar quarters (poem title)
previously dressed up to the nines in my coattail tuxedo, a quarter wasn't much money in my mind; and now as I sit near
the church garden were Girlie has played all morning; I understand a bit about forgiveness; it is a word wasted when whining
spoken ; and I have always at least intellectually known
forgiveness means go on and live the life that God has granted you; are we forgiven for eating the apple of knowledge?
of course (in my belief) and perhaps it was simply God's way of seeing if we could handle freedom to choose between greed
and sweetness
life is a stage/ stages of growth (poem title)

Dear FBI,

it was an effort to bring it to me

when I opened the plastic containers today so I could get it out since I couldn't use it, I realized the coffee and candy
had been setting in my guess a chemical used for anathesia for cats and dogs
also,"they" are dragging out money: bills and coins, books on crimes against people with disabilities I ordered

a mom jeered and screamed at me about faking my disabilities as I was trying to get me, contaminated personals, Girlie
in her dog house and my walker past the barking dog and onto paratransit (I didn't)
also, I re contacted kboo radio station and volunteered to put time into the Bread and Roses feminist collective

I can't deny I feel they would rather go bankrupt then stand up to the bully copafeelcops stalking my Mom and I

to not shout or react ) ; the moms go off on their own and duplicate and it is so out of my control; I am so pissed I didn't

maybe I could just concentrate every moment on being an out lesbian writer/performer with disabilities studying Private
Investigation and get past what I am now calling brain goo because I am truly miserable and it is basic extortion and I am
really sick of things being taken from my room or being about to do something (use my prescription medicine, type a message
make an appointment) and passing out instead
I really want to retain my teeth! and I hate dealing with the dentists here and having wars to keep a toothbrush and
toothpaste without toxins or contaminates (I have no idea how the moms brush their teeth nightly)
also, my ATM card has disappeared again and a check didn't go through for unexplained reason

why is live theatre music and dance (the inseparable friends) so important? because when a venue creates essentially

note sent to FBI on Friday December 16th 2016 via the web form on the FBI website:
Deat FBI,
a mom went to a party at Chicago Pizza without me
we did not go to free pie this Wednesday; I am very concerned about preventing me from falling on the slippery ice or
in the cold wind. our house is now such I have a difficult time being warm to fall asleep without my body yemp falling to
shivering
today it is less wind and the moms are likely to whine and be annoying about my bloodtest;
please help them figure out something to do besides distract me from creating a book and being asswipprs
I realize it might be challenging to be or play the role of an elderly woman whos family has turned against her or is
neglecting her, however I am trying to finish my book before Christmas regardless of official approval or popular opinion
my main concerns in contacting the FBI are my Mom's physical safety my physical safety ,
and the physical safety of the people protecting our safety
this includes the accuracy and authenticity of all information about us

you might laugh and say I probably never have had an emergency because I never seem to cry
and I might ask you if you can define the word : undulate or if you know how to find answers when you don't even know
where the questions begin ; and you might say you love me because I know several different meanings of the word movement
and I might answer about how I don't know if a baby is crying yes or if a baby is crying no when a baby is born; and maybe
you might answer a baby cries when a baby is born because babies want to ski before babies are born (as in I've been planning
this ski venture for months!)

note to FBI sent on Monday. 26th and Tuesday, 27th, 2016 via the web form on the FBI web page
Dear FBI,
my main concerns in contacting the FBI are
my Mom's physical safety, my physical safety ,
and the physical safety of the people protecting our safety
a possible pre determined intent to prove I can walk or drive a car or know someone besides the mom's that can give me
a ride to medical appointments
and possibly to prove I'm violent and have the physical abilities ( and interest/motivation) to commit crimes with dog
leashes
my iPhone calendar reminder about paratransit to my bloodtest medical appointment on Friday, September 23rd, 2016 disappeared
and I did not catch it until today
in gangcode, I don't know how or why the numbers 23 and 6 represent my Mom; to
occasionally, I put my Mom's dog leash from her car in my pocket and forget to leave it in the car (it is our spare)
I have been wondering why an iPhone calendar entry actually disappeared; then I realized I have the dog leash in my pocket

this past Sunday, since my Mom was going to a wedding I decided to make paratransit reservations to a Church that includes
the Gnostic bible as part of its Scriptures.
I recieved a call from paratransit informing me I had provided an incorrect address and the Church was listed as closed
on the internet
a mom said she had time to attend our regular Church, Unity in Portland, Oregon however she didn't have time to drive
me home before the wedding
when the mom and I arrived at Unity church she dropped me off and drove off
the redundancy repetition of attending the same Church every Sunday at least provides a minimum of a Mom Daughter schedule
(besides free pie on Wednesday)
I used the FBI web form during the Church service to type a note and verifing I had scheduled paratransit to get a haircut
Sunday and Monday's interactions were the annoying I don't have a clue what these people believe or have been told
the moms have done this annoying behavior pattern before: if I don't wonder around talking to no on present about 'crime
prevention' in a loud pretentious tone they pretend to think I am male in disguise or have a body double
feel free to remind the local Oregon FBI I have their direct email address and if I felt confident in their abilities
to prevent sexualized violent crime or property theft I would email or call.
have "they" considered putting computer chips in the State photo identification cards of artists, authors and
media makers with a updated CVs in order to have "proof" of Authorship?
the link to the Bread and Roses show I co ~ hosted went directly to the blank Facebook log in pag
my main concerns in contacting the FBI are my Mom's physical safety, my physical safety and the accuracy of our medical
records and x ~ rays; our service dogs and the authenticity of my artistic work (videos writing film etcetera) and notes/letters/cards
are huge priorities aswellas my POV about disability not being a sign of criminal intentions or stupidity or a punishment

survival celebration (poem title)
what is in my heart
I present to cogitate
without shame
my mom moon walks (poem title)
at church
we cogitate and emotions
while Girlie sits
in her service dog self
television decor (poem title)
to see past a screen
everyday arrogance
kitsch is our reality
that we touch;
a cup
a quilt
home is in the details
the gifts of time
if there was anything I could give it is the gifts of time
if I had known
all the events in my life
in advance,
the gifts of time would have been on every birthday and wish list;
so everyday my life is spent as a hurried dog amidst
the canaille
kitsch bar exam (poem title)
if I were a lawyer
I would want at least two
very important permanent records put inside frames:
and I'd decorate my office like a cross between a chess and a checkered board in case I ever forgot to check the facts
your true voice (poem title)
with in a garrulous audio mix
of steady voices, how do you know which
voice is your's?
my true voice never raises volume
my true voice is a steady river blending in and going unnoticed except when people stop and ask themselves: do I hear
something?
my true voice is what I look for daily
existence relevance (poem title)
daily bread
without interference;
garrulous names and descriptions change discarded to survival relevant;
accepting a cloak of black is breathing in mystery and God's life affirming sustenance is often dark sad and painful;
I do want to hear (listening)
I do want to see (understanding)
I do want to share blessings (life's quality)
however, there is no existential debt to be paid or recovered
and I bow in my arrogance
to the ground beneath my feet as the stars of Heaven lead me to become reliable
in my oaths
invasive behavior (poem title)
ugly laws and eugenic laws
weren't limited to seasons
Autumn
Summer
Winter
Spring
they are off the books
and and eventually
old fashioned love
will return to her office
hip neurons/ picture poem (poem title)
a broken pachyderm cup
holding sunflowers
as tightly as a parent
holds their injured child
gratitude is substance (poem title)
illegible ! I'm swimming
in gratitude
at times
and at times
it feels
as if the
clouds
are heavy over
my head
note: not to be rude: having to not read Facebookmessages for now until I can catch up wimy life: want to connect/reconeenect:

asswipes a diabetic would get very sick if they ate as much sugar as I do in a single sitting
note: I love eating lots of candy all the time and I know I need to. deal with my depression
my mom moon walks (poem title)
at church
we cogitate and emotions
while Girlie sits
in her service dog self
including bad and good (poem title)
when I need assistance
putting on my brakes
my lack of diabetes is raw
or is it my love of sugar
in every color
being there (poem title)
when anyone turns around
and looks at their fears
cogitate is so fast
that faith requires
belief that you will always be recognized as the person who recklessly is being there
with a rope attached (poem title)
dangling verbs left in mid air
my cogitate self is wondering who you are
when you are alone in a room
maybe because when I bother to listen:
do you feel like you are in love all the time?
not with anyone or anything perhaps
however permanently in love?
because my heart is attached to yours and our bond feels as thick as a rope that I can tug in an emergency
my friend (poem title)
when a friendship
is in Autumn
and Psychos are steering it
to Winter; it is actually not
even slightly challenging emotionally
to remember the lunches and the talks
and now, if with exterior/interior motive
suspiciously wondering
and reality experience is compassionate
and a splinter removed is a
splinter removed
and avoiding the most popular brand of toothpaste
in not a problem
as friendship is much more important
than perfect white teeth
my DNA blood test numbers (poem title)
are 222/333/444 in the morning;
6211105081 bar in the coffee holder;
6211105081 code in the lobby trash
62111 5081 underneath

combustion spontaneous (poem title)
a promise is a promise is a promise;
if a promise is re examined after centuries
and covered with dirt and dust and all the stuff
reminding people why they are here, a promise is a promise and the thought of breaking
is repletion of falsehood with a lack of courage as a side dish
the hot water of everlasting (poem title)
no where to be found is the hot water of everlasting ; books have been written to map its location in attempts to guide
the clerisy heroic adventurers;
there is only redound in drinking everlasting hot water as such extreme greed can't be washed away;
the true honor is in creating everlasting quality so present and future generations survive in harmony
disappeared pumpkin cookie (poem title)
when I realized the immediate matter at hand
is about a disappeared pumpkin cookie
that was sitting on da kine this morning (I know because I double checked)
I wondered if I saved and scrimped and behaved in an economically frugal manner that perhaps someday I can afford to hire
a Private Investigator to assist me in recovering the disappeared pumpkin cookie regardless of redound
or perhaps at least discover the reason for the disappearance of the pumpkin cookie because there is no reason to steal
pumpkin cookies as there is indeed an abundance;
so for now I will simply wonder where that darn pumpkin cookie went to !
worry less redound (poem title)
if there was an easy answer,
and there is: look into your own heart and listen
because even sleepy time dreams are confiscated as evidence for some crime prevented;
mine is: never do anything you are ashamed of;
so my angel
I go
and I know enough to know
enlightenment is worth the effort
and I know enough to know
that my off tune bits of song
with no real purpose
than to pass the time
and comfort Girlie
are my call to prayer
directly to what is my redound
walking on metal (poem title)
it looks so natural/ it feels so natural
sole boots walking on metal
the echo of consciousness footsteps
clank precisely redound
wonder how to be all of that and more
in a movement
champagne in college (poem title)
a happy drunk was I
way before I heard of free pie;
here's vodka, gin, whiskey and liquor
to celebrate while elitist bicker
dancing barefoot in the basement
was not enough
to simply prove I'm tough
honestly though
others have their bibulous ways
while I quit drinking to soberly journey
through this maze
although I enjoyed champagne in class
today I would rather make a pass
because closets are for clothes
not people

when promises are flagrant (poem title)
a symbol of a promise kept is not a promise kept;
is there a way to stay true to words expressed?
yes, I call it humility although most think I mean helpless;
a promise is a promise
irresponsible poetry (poem title)
sometimes I write
and sometimes I type
poetry feckless in content and timing
when I probably should be doing more important things; however honestly I can't imagine much more important than feckless
poetry
feckless goals (poem title)
goals
simple goals
paradox
gonna write myself a letter (poem title)
try, I actually do try
and occasionally I succeed
in tiny ways
with tiny steps
with feckless ways
and because I don't pretend I know everything
or even very much at all
veritable generosity (poem title)
will silver coins bring good luck? will a generosity dispersion begin? coin rolls donated because the in case of emergency
man's generosity
same sex distractions (poem title)
what will it be? what could it be? wrapped in the American flag, I wonder what the Statue of Liberty is feeling; because
I know stones have souls that are felt
and often never heard
a decision as my efforts feel fruitless and exhausting;
October twenty ~ fifth to November second
as there is no reason to limit expressions of love (allthreeforms); a veritable lesbian art renaissance invitation with
plenty of time to re find my twice missing
where the heart is (poem title)
abominate your terror of loving generosity
as much as you abominate others
and there in your heart
is the person you have been looking for
worn down (poem title)
today's world where peace passes as war and war passes as peace,
abominate is a hobby
until worn down
is discovered
and authentic
recovered (of course I know where Athena's jar is)
flagrant censorship (poem title)

a flagrant request (poem title)
on September eleventh, two thousand and ten
plus six, please find time to write a note
and consider searching deep
enough in your secrets
and dare to write
to and from
God as only you define
whoever whomever whatever
reminding you
inscribing from within
your correspondence
is felt through out
the Universes

silence says to flagrant anger / a picture poem on September 11th, 2016 (poem title)
in my mind
there is a river
connecting the soles
of my feet
to my knees
to my pelvis
to my gut center
through my lungs
circuiting to my brain stem
via my heart
then encompassing
my mind
to reconnect
to my stable intuition
about tech difficulties
surrounding the need
to dream
about under the bridge influence
my fifty pounds (poem title)
my childhood Noah's Ark Superhero
Captain Caspian!
a pocket sized plastic pachyderm with a red material scrap cape held on with a rubber band and a fancy red plastic miniature
sword that must've been from my Dad's drink requiring a Maraschino cherry ;
well, here in Oregon where medical privacy isn't a priority however hopefully medical patients are; my fifty pounds heavier
at least is like my beloved childhood adventure leader
hip neurons/ picture poem (poem title)

an ice cream resistance (poem title)
the articulation
of my oath
in the lambent
is the music of discovering my voice on paper
while eating chocolate

she wrote a letter (poem title)
bursting with missing joy
filled with rhapsodia
I know what she wrote
because I am her;
her rhapsodic song
is always music

flag defamation (poem title)
to embrace the American flag
is to tattoo the Constitutional words of self imposed justice
on your body: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office
on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanor;
to wrap the American flag around your body is a statement
of your courage; to go where others have disappeared; stand tall where others have been cropped; sit as long as physically
possible or until human rights are for all; the American flag is more than a curtain for military lost; the American flag
represents medicine for the suffering, sick and dying; the American flag held sacred in the wind I s not afraid or too pretentious
to touch the ground to be warmth for those cold and surviving in poverty; never be ashamed to have little except the American
flag
because despite human inconsistency there is a distinction in crossing an ocean or many to find a place where peaceful
belief in a God of your choice: where Law is based on empathetic ideals rather than wealth and popularity . . . and rights
can not be thrown out like liter on the highway *

the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for
a redress of grievances.
is an adventure worth doing;
lol(. just realized it's a poem to start the day and not a love note to my Mom my cogitate ways (poem title)
time essential
the way you listen
looking into your eyes
and those are only the sexiest things to begin with
minor disturbance (poem title)
to expect others to cogitate is what I expect from myself;
a cog in a wheel changed existence and rarely is mentioned on gratitude lists (thank Goodness for cogs!)
the center is worth finding before too late happens
because a minor disturbance is tiny compared to stealing hearts
talking friendly (poem title)
it seems to escape substance
and always be on the tip of my brain
and on the tip of my fingers
though, do I look like a historian?
no, I do not look like a historian
and I have been researching
in a nontangible noninvasive way
what were they thinking?
those children who died in pre WW 1 hospitals
and if there were a book;
a collection of interviews
I might carry it until I found
my ground zero
and could face what happened
before I was born
and then again
I might mock
my cogitate seriousness
and type a poem within a poem
about my hospital childhood
and the power of the human brain
to forget
and
to remember
because I remember how much physical pain
I was in
and rather than forgotten
it is easy to shrug off
and I remember more
how grownups would
talk friendly
