Fourteen months

Because the tide was out we had a long way to walk back to the car as well as carrying all our bags and towels. Josh was getting very heavy so we sat him on the boogey board and dragged him along the sand. He loved it, and even started dragging his hand in the sand behind him.

Now whenever he sees the boogey board he wants to sit on it, or even try to stand on it! We could have a surfer in the making!

Here is a picture of Josh eating his chicken and vegies all by himself.

We have even started teaching Josh how to eat with a little fork and he is picking it up really quickly.

Josh's favourite fruit at the moment is grapes.

This is a picture of Josh on a Riverboat. We went to Moomba where I ran in a 3km fun run along the Yarra. We had to race against a riverboat and Kel and Josh got to be on the boat. This was Josh's first time on a boat and he loved it.

Unfortunately for me the boat beat us!

We went on another trip to the beach last month. This time we went to Barwon Heads where the beach very baby friendly. The tide was out, and there were lots of little pools of water for Josh to play in, and the sun had warmed the water up nicely.

Josh loved splashing around in the water and playing in the sand.

Where's Joshy???

Josh loves his blanky. And he loves playing hide and seek with his blanky. He grabs blanky off his cot and puts it over his head and runs up to us, so we can say "Where's Joshy?" and then he pulls it off his head. He looks like a little ghost running around with the blanket over his head!

Here is Josh splashing in the bath. He has lots of bath toys. We play "Where's Ducky" and he finds the rubber ducky to give to us. He also likes his little foam animals that stick to the side of the bath. Josh practices drinking from a cup in the bath. He thinks it is very funny when the water goes all over his face... but he does end up drinking some of it!!!
