I have no idea where this particular "Casting Of The Circle" originated. There are obvious allegiances owed to Ceremonial Magick concerning this but from what source I couldn't say. All I can say is that this Circle casting is sometimes used by our coven.

The Ritual
High Priestess: With the Sword or Athame, walk to the East and moving around the
Circle (deosil) direct energy through the blade to form the Circle
while she says:
High Priestess: "Witches lair and wolverine night; Ancient Ones bring second
sight; Blood and bones of those before, help us/me with this
witches chore."
High Priestess: Return to the Altar, place the Sword or Atame back in its place and
taking up the incense and fan or feather, return to the East and walk
the Circle again concentrating energy into it as she says:
High Priestess:
"Stone and tree and natural things, at our bidding Magick bring. East
and West; South and North, Circle round brings power forth.
High Priestess: Return the incense and fan to the Altar. Then take up the holy water and
starting in the East again, sprinkle the Circle as she says:
High Priestess:
"Land and sky; Fire and sea, open now for Divinity. Spirits rise and seal
this place; We work now in this sacred space."
High Priestess: Returns to the Altar and replaces the water, then takes up the sword or
Athame as the High Priest takes up the annointing oil, they then open a
portal in the northeast and allow the covenors entrance by marking a
pentacle with the annointing oil ont the forehead (third eye) of each of
them. (Priest annoints the female covenors and Priestess annoints the males)
As the mark is being placed the One annointing the covenor says:
High Priest/ess: "Blessed be thy feet which have brought thee on this path. Blessed be
thy knees that shall kneel at the sacred stone. Blessed be thy Chalice from
which all life flows. (Phallus from which all life springs) Blessed be thy
breast(s) formed in beauty. (strength) Blessed be thy lips which shall speak the
sacred names. How do you enter this this Circle?
Covenor:
"In perfect Love and perfect Trust."
High Priest/ess: Each covenor is welcomed with a kiss and an embrace. And then takes their
places in the Circle.
High Priestess: Reseal the Circle as the High Priest returns the oil to the Altar. Once the
Circle is sealed the High Priestess joins the High Priest and she motions for
the Warden of the East to begin to call the Quarters.
Warden Of The East: Draws an invoking pentegram toward the east and says: "Behold the mystery
of Air; Even Raphael, the life giving one, veiled in the wings of wind and
storm. Come mighty Raphael and bless us/me with thy presence and protection."
Warden Of The South: Draws a Fire invoking pentegram towards the South and says:
"Behold the mystery of Fire; Even Michael the consecrating one, veiled in the
flames of all that is eternal. Come mighty Michael and bless us/me with thy
presence and protection."
Warden Of The West: Draws a Water invoking pentegram toward the West and says:
"Behold the myster of Water; Even Gabriel the cleansing one, veiled in the coolness
of the lakes and seas. Come mighty Gabriel and bless us/me with thy presence and
protection."
Warden Of The East: Draws an Earth invoking
pentegram towards the North and says:"Behold the mystery of Earth; Even Uriel
the stabalizing one, veiled in the jeweled caverns and sunlit meadows. Come mighty
Uriel and bless us/me with thy presence and protection."
High Priestess:
The Circle is complete. We bid welcome to the Watchtowers, and now invite our Lord
and Lady to observe these rites we hold in their honor.
High Priest: Invokes the Goddess by saying:
"Crescent one of the starry skies;
Flowering one of the fertile plains;
Flowing one of the oceans sighs;
Blessed one of the gentle rains;
Hear my/our chant midst the standing stones;
Open us/me to your mystic light.
Waken us/me to your silvery tones.
Be with us in our sacred rite. He then lights the Goddess candle.(If used)
High Priestess: Invokes The God by saying:
Horned one of the wilderness;
Winged one of the shining skies.
Radiant one of the splenderous Sun.
Fallen one of the Samhain cries.
We/I call amidst the standing stones,
praying that you O' Ancient one,
will deign to bless our/my mystic rites;
Oh firey Lord of the blazing Sun. Lights God candle (if used)
Now Begin "Drawing Down The Moon". After the "Charge Of The Goddess"
is completed, you may begin whatever rite or magickal work is planned for the
Circle.
