The first time I tried it I wasn't even aware of what I was doing. You know how it is, another person will dare you to do something scary and... quite frankly that was usually the beginning of me getting myself in trouble. I was initially told the proper way to mirror and the results nearly scared years off my current life because the person had explained that it was the end of this life that you see, "if you have the nerve". He was right in the manner and completely wrong in the results. It allows us a glimpse into lives we have lived before.

Years later I was told what the effects really were and it was not quite as scary then. After finding out what it was really about I tried it several more times, with very good results.

But I have always been a bit skeptical by nature and I kept wondered if I were just convincing myself of what I wanted to see and that it really worked. So I had friends sit in with me on a session. They were told not to say anything to me, but they were to report their visions, if any, to the others waiting in another room. They left first and I continued for a few minutes to give them time to relate what they may have seen. The results were satisfyingly demonstrative to me that it really works. I had suspected all along that it was real and was happy to get the verification that I felt I needed.

We have passed on the techniques to others with more predictable results. So, in the words of the boy who taunted me..."Go on! Try it... if you dare!." In all seriousness though, it is a fascinating way of researching your past. We highly recommend it
