Mandarin Chicken

chicken thights or legs, breasts
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/3 c oil
1 - 11oz can mandarin oranges
1/3 c soya sauce
1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag. Shake chicken in it. Brown in oil on med. heat. Remove to casserole dish. Drain oranges and reserve juice. Combine soya sauce, brown sugar and nutmeg with juice. Pour over chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Baste several times. Arrange orange pieces over chicken and bake 20 minutes longer.
