1 bag fresh baby spinach
Place in lg. bowl.
Roast 1/2 bag sliced or slivered almonds
in frying pan for few minutes until starting to gete golden. Cool.
Make dressing:
1 cup strawberries chopped fine.
1/4 c chopped red onion
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c mayo
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c sugar (may use splenda)
1/4 c evaporated fat free milk
Place dressing in bowl and let marinade for 1 hour. Just befrore serving pour on dressing and toased almonds.
* may use 1 c romaine lettuce with spinach to make larger salad
