Ginger Beef Rice

1 lb beef strips(or moose strips)
1 med. onion
1 tsp dry ginger
1 c water mixed with 2 tsp dry beef bouillion powder
1 c. broccoli, cut in flowerettes
1 c. cauliflower, cut in floweretes
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. mandarin oranges (use drained juice in broth)
1 1/2 c. minute rice (uncooked)

Cook beef in scant amount veg oil with onion and ginger.
Add vegetables and cook soft; useing little of the broth to cook.
Add remaining broth, rice and oranges. Stir and bring to a boil.
Let stand off heat for 5 minutes.
