BBQ Chicken

Roll chicken in mixture of flour, salt and garlic powder. Fry for 20 minutes.

Sauce:
1 c catsup
1 c water
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c worchestershire sauce
1/4 c white vinegar
Let simmer to disolve sugar and heat through.
Add chicken and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with plain rice and a little sauce over top of rice.

* I don't fry my chicken(no flour mixture on it); so i skip step one and place my chicken directly in roasting pan and pour sauce over top.

I also take the skin of the chicken so it is more healthy.
