1/2 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 c graham crumbs
1 c coconut
1/2 c finely chopped nuts
Melt butter. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla in saucepan an bring to slow boil. Remove from heat. Stir in egg until it resembles
custard. Combine crumbs, coconut, nuts together. Pack in 9x12" baking dish.
Second Layer:
Cream 1/4 c butter
2 tbsp custard powder
Add 3 tbsp milk
2 c icing sugar
Spread over chocolate bottom.
Let stand for 15 mins in fredge.
Melt 1/4 c butter
1 pk chocolate chips
Spread on.
*green food coloring and mint flavouring may be used in second layer
