1 bag frozen broccoli flowerets
2 c water
1/4 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
dash of nutmeg
sour cream
shredded cheese
Cook broccoli, celery & onion in butter.
Add all other ingredients except sour cream and cheese.
Bring to boil and simmer for 20-30 mins.
Puree while hot in several batches.
Dollop sour cream and sprinkle of cheese on each serving.
