1 tsp lemon juice
Mix into cream cheese to soften.

2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp onion flakes (or powder)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Mix all into cream cheese mixture.
Make two balls and roll in toasted chopped pecans. Place in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 4 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Serve with crackers.

May be frozen. Also any left-overs may be rerolled and served next day.

TO TOAST PECANS:
roast single layer in 350 degree oven for 7-10 mins. Watch carefully as they may burn.

My sister Michelle & I share many recipes and this is one of my favorite ones when entertaining.
I used pecans from Florida that a relative sent us for Christmas and they are so good. Thanks Allison!
