1/2 c cocoa
1 1/4 c sugar
1/4 c melted margarine
Add 1 1/4 c boiling water
Heat to boiling for few minutes stirring constantly (until sugar is dissloved). Remove form het and cool slightly.
OH so good!
*sliced banana is good placed around ice cream with topping.
