Zucchini Chocolate Cake

CAKE:
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c soft margarine
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sour milk (make milk sour with 1/4 tsp vinegar)
2 c shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c flour
5 tbsp cocoa
Cream margarine, add sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Stir dry ingredients and add to mixture. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into 9x13"pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 c chocolate chips. Bake 50 mins. at 325 degrees.

CHOCOLATE ICING:
1/2 c soft margarine
2 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp milk
Boil and let cool slightly. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla, dash salt, 2 c icing sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy

*I also make into 2 layer cake with baking time decreased 5 mins and ice.
*This is one of my favorites!

Did not tell Cody that zucchinis were in this recipe. When I did after he had a few servings he said "not so bad Nan".
