Boil sausage in water for 20 minutes.
Slice each sausage in 8-10 slices.
Brown sausage, onion, garlic for few minutes. Season with salt, pepper & parsley. Add water, bouillon, carrots, peas,
tomatoes. Simmer until carrots are tender, about 30 minutes. Add pasta & zucchini. Simmer 10 minutes or until zucchini
is tender. Ajust salt if too fresh.
