1 tbsp butter
Melt in frypan and add:
1 onion, wedge cut
fry for 1 min.
add 1 lg diced tomato
1/2 c diced zucchini
1/2 tsp thyme
dash sweet basil
salt and pepper
Saute all ingredients for 10 minutes adding little water as needed.
At end of cooking squeeze on few drops of lemon juice.
