1 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 c water
1 tbsp catsup
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Boil and thicken with 2 tbsp corn starch mixed in 1/4 c cold water.
*This is the very best sweet and sour sauce I have ever found. It is so good poured over chicken and baked in oven. It
is also good over plain rice. Good for dipping chicken nuggets or strips!
