1 tsp oil
chicken, cut in strips or chunks
vegetables cut in strips or chunks:
cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas, red peppers, carrots(grated), mushrooms, onions
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp ground ginger
Stir fry chicken with garlic and ginger. Add vegetables (add little water). Cook until veg are tender and add sauce to
thicken at end. When thicken serve over rice.
