Pineapple Balls
1 c butter 2 c icing sugar CREAM TOGETHER ADD: 4 c fine coconut 1-10 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well 1 tsp vanilla ROLL into balls and roll in graham crumbs. Keep in refrigerator.
This recipe can also be frozen and taken out about a 1/2 hour before serving.
