Heat, add steak and garlic, cook until brown and steak is cooked. Remove from pan.
Add green pepper, onion, salt, pepper, ginger and bouillion dissolved in water. Mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Dissolve corn starch in cold water and add to bouillion mixture. Remove steak to pan adding soya sauce. Cook over med
heat until thickened. Serve over hot rice.
