1 romaine lettuce, shredded big
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped big
1 small tin bean sprouts, drained
10 slices bacon, fried and crumbles
OR 1/2 c bacon bits
DRESSING:
1/2 c vegetable/canola oil
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp catsup
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp onion, grated fine OR 1/4 tsp onion powder
Blend together in blender.
Pour over salad just before serving and mix well.
*I make 1/2 the recipe as it is a very big salad and not good left-over.
