1/3 c butter
4 onions, peeled and thinly sliced (approx. 2 cups)
1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 c beef broth
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 small potatoes (1/2c), diced
Melt butter and saute onions until clear. Add worchestershire and potatoes.
Add broth, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and simmer until onions and potaotes are
tender about 20 minutes.
