Crab Salad

1 lb. chopped crab meat (may use 2 cups imatation crab)
1/2 c mayo
1 tsp.chopped onion
1/4 c chopped celery
2 tbsp. green relish or chopped sweet pickles
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Combine all ingredients and chill.

Serve on bed of lettuce.
So good when serving with cold cuts and salads.

This is nice served as a dip if the ingredients are cut small enough. Use Ritz crackers and provide a knife to spread on crackers. Don't serve ON the crackers as the moisture will soak the cracker.
