Drumstick Dessert

BOTTOM:
2 c. vanilla crumbs (OR chocolate crumbs)
1/4 c crushed peanuts
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 c melted butter
Combine and bake in 9 x 12 inch baking dish
350 degrees for 5-6 mins.

CENTER:
1 small package cream cheese
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c icing sugar
2 eggs
Mix with mixer until blended.
Fold in 1 small tub Cool Whip thawed
Place on top of cooled bottom mixture.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over top in zig zag fashion.
Freeze several hours before serving. May be kept frozen.

This is a recipe that my neighbour served us for dessert during a get-together and it is so goooood!
