Glazed Ham

1 smoked ham with bone in
BOIL in large dutch oven for 2 & 1/2 hours.
Add more boiling water as needed. Ham should be covered in water during all of cooking time. If not it needs to be turned every 1/2 hour and cooked longer.

Place ham with all fat cut off in large baking dish.
Pour 1/2 cup of honey over top.

Make glaze as follows:
1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
enough water to make a thin baste
*I double this glaze recipe

Pour over ham.

Place pineapple rings over ham and secure with toothpicks. Cherries may be placed in the center of pineapple rings.
BAKE in 400 degree oven for 25-30 mins. until glaze thickens. Basting often. (every 10 mins. or more often)
