1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c crushed cornflakes
1 bouillon cube dissolved in 1 1/2 water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Combine beef, onion and seasonings. Add corn flakes and mix well. Mix in 1 tbsp bouillon mixture. Shape into loaf and
place in roasting pan. Blend bouillon and soup together with a few dashes of gravy browning. Pour over top. Bake 350 degrees
for 1 1/2 hours.
*I usually cover mine until half way through. This is so good with mashed potatoes.
